See a rejected photo and its retake
Drawing of a crumpled rust-coloured T-shirt lying at an angle on a blue and cream checked duvet, with the lower right half of the picture in shadow.

This is the first photo of the Rust T-shirt. The readiness checks refused it, so it was never listed and no API unit was spent on it. The demo listing uses the retake.

Source photo checks: grade C

Why this grade?

Lowest grade because the Background separation check failed. The surface behind the garment is patterned or textured. Lowest score, 0/100, shared by: Background separation, Flatness.

Provisional photo checks. This is not a score for the garment or the generated preview.

Retake instructions it got:

  1. Move the garment to a plain, single-colour surface
  2. Lay the garment flat and smooth out the creases
  3. Even out the light so no shadow falls across the shot

Run the bad flat-lay and its retake on the Sell page →

No upload or sign-in is needed: choose "Seeded bad flat-lay", then "Seeded retake".

About the demo collection

Every demo picture is a drawing made by this project's own code, not a photograph, so no real garment, person or brand is shown. Each grade comes from the same checks as a seller's photo; none is set by hand.

Sellers' listings are kept in memory and reset when the server restarts; the demo set is always here. How the grade is worked out is on the methods page.
